catheterization and extraction of semen directly from the seminal vesicle, using a syringe and a smaller catheter. It's very complex and requires some trial and no errors, but I got this. All made in the cleanest environment possible. I never thought I could extract so much semen at once!

But this implies you also make sure your place is STERILE. your hands and cock have been cleaned with Betadine, and the cath was sealed, this one was designed for arterial catheterization. same with the syringes and the saline solution. It's more like an experience or a kink but as an EMT I see many patients regardless of age or gender who comes in with foreign objects in their junk every week.
